ANNUAL MAINTENANCE

Our Annual Maintenance Members receive 2 system cleanings/inspections per year to keep your system running efficiently. These visits include the following:

  • Check overall system operation

  • Check refrigerant charge

  • Check capacitors

  • Check wire connections

  • Check voltage

  • Check amps on blower

  • Check amps on fan

  • Check amps on compressor

  • Check and clean contacts as needed

  • Check temperature split

  • Check static pressure

  • Check thermostat calibration

  • Check primary duct connections

  • Clean and flush condensate drain

  • Clean condenser coil

  • Clean inside of service panel

  • Remove debris from condenser

  • Clean burner assembly (gas furnace)

  • Clean flame sensor (gas furnace)

Our Annual Maintenance Members also receive numerous discounts including half priced service calls, 10 percent off repairs, discounts on additional systems, no overtime fees, and discounts on new system installations and system replacements.
